Experienced Admin/Service Advisor – Full Time or Part Time considered.

Full Time – 4 day work Week (38hours)

Our growing workshop located in Queanbeyan, is seeking an Experienced Admin/Service Advisor to join the team to be a direct support for our Office Manager.

We are a well respected family owned and operated auto service/repair business in Queanbeyan and have been servicing and repairing vehicles in our local region for 2 generations and over 35 years.

In line with these values the successful applicant will work a 4 day work week and will enjoy a long weekend every week.  We will also consider the possibility of a part time option for the right applicant.

We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with customers and other team members, in a productive and efficient manner.

Upon joining our team main duties will include

  • Manage customer requirements for service and repair of vehicles in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Assist with scheduling of the day-to-day workload
  • Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the business.
  • Communicate repair requirements both with customer and the workshop
  • Parts management
  • Other activities that serve the team and business as required.

  • Previous experience in Service Advisor role
  • Previous experience in Parts Interpreter
  • Experience in light or heavy automotive Industry

We are seeking a Qualified and Experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic/Technician with a Current Driver’s License.

Our New 5 STAR Team Member Will:

  • Carry out high quality service and repairs on all makes and models of cars, 4WD’s, and light commercial vehicles (air conditioning, ASCIS, and/or AUVIS license is a bonus but not necessary).
  • Perform Diagnostics Tests and Procedures.
