Our environment is changing every day, we are closely monitoring the advice from the federal and NSW Government around the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Performance Plus provides an essential service to our local community and whilst Stay-at-Home orders remain in place in Queanbeyan – you are allowed to attend our workshop if you have a booking or need our services.
This also applies to all our ACT clients – The Chief Health Officer has signed a standing exemption covering ACT residents who are required to travel into the border region (within the approved postcodes covered by the standing exemption) for essential purposes. OUR #1 PRIORITY
Our highest priority is our team and the welfare of our customers and suppliers.
We have hand sanitisers throughout the workshop for our team with additional at the front counter for our customers. We have a key bowl to drop your keys into at the front counter, where they will also be sanitised. All cars will have touch points (eg: door handles, steering wheel, gear stick, park brake etc) sanitised before and after contact.
CONTACTLESS SERVICE
If you wish to have totally contactless service you can drop your car off before business hours and drop your keys into the internal mailbox available at the left hand side of the workshop rollerdoor.
Alternatively if we are open you can drop your car off in the carpark and leave the keys in the car.
As always we will be in touch during the course of the day for work approval and updates.
